I often get flak for so being so emotionally in tune.  

“You think too much!”

“You’re analyzing too much!”

But, today, I found the ultimate evidence in my own defense.

According to researchers from King’s College London, emotional intelligence ‘aids sex’. They found that women with greater emotional intelligence had larger number of orgasms.

That’s right people. I’m having better sex than you.

 I may not be so good with the ‘he’s into me’ signs, I still don’t understand how the entire global financial system came crumbling down, I have no idea what a ’sasquatch’ is and my brother will always beat me in Scrabble  but dammit I KNOW FEELINGS!

So, I guess I have no other choice but to continue analyzing and thinking and exploring mine and others’ emotions. 

And the reward? 

Well, that’s a price I’m definitely willing to pay.

    I loved this. And I loved that Brookem sent it to me afterwards and then I felt the need to send it on to everyone I knew to prove to them the plus side of being emotional! Email in the works- I’m curious to know how your weekend went!

    Hmmm… so perhaps the fact that as the years progress I find it harder and harder to have an orgasm when there’s an actual MAN in my bed (as opposed to something battery powered) is an indicator that I am steadily becoming more and more emotionally shut down?

    Now that’s a lose-lose if ever I’ve heard one…

    I’ve heard of women being over-emotional.
    I’ve heard of women knowing “feelings” as opposed to men.

    I’ve never, however, read a blog entry coming from someone where for a second, I thought…”holy shit, did I write this?”
    because I don’t think I’m over-emotional. I just think I feel things differently.

    And sex for me is amazing.

    So..thanks for that. I am totes following you from now on.
